Outpost Outsourced Services is a Singapore-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company founded in 2016. We provide 24/7 outsourced support to small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore and Australia, with a delivery team based in the Philippines. Our services include outsourced call centre support, virtual medical receptionists, virtual secretaries, data entry, and after-hours customer handling across industries including healthcare, hospitality, logistics, and e-commerce.
The Beginnings
It all started in 2016.
The co-founders realise the immense potential for businesses to reduce costs by leveraging the exceptional talent pool in the Philippines. The nation’s abundance of highly skilled workers, with their strong command of English and unwavering work ethic, presented a unique opportunity which eventually turned into Outpost.
