Outpost is looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Specialist to help grow our team.
In this role, you’ll focus on finding new business opportunities, forming lasting client partnerships, and helping us reach more of the market. Your work will have a direct impact on Outpost’s growth and ongoing success.
Day-to-day

Research and identify potential clients and growth opportunities within the SME market.

Create and execute targeted strategies to attract and secure new business.

Build lasting relationships with both current and prospective clients.

Stay informed on industry trends and competitors through regular market research.

Work alongside internal teams to deliver excellent service that meets client expectations.

Develop and present engaging proposals, pitches, and presentations to win over new clients.

Monitor and report on key sales metrics, targets, and forecasts for senior leadership.

Attend networking events and industry gatherings to grow your professional network.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure business development efforts align with overall campaigns.
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in business development or sales, ideally in the BPO or service industry.

Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skilled in negotiations and confident when delivering presentations.

Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term client partnerships.
